Completely rejuvenate yourself with this deep effective massage

Many spiritual traditions believe the body and soul are connected to - and even embodied in - the soles of the feet

In the ayurvedic tradition it is known that to massage your scalp and the soles of the feet with oil, preferably at bedtime is most beneficial for our health. According to ayurveda, all meridians (nadis) begin in the scalp and end in the soles of the feet. Many neural endings, receptors, and marmas (ayurvedic pressure points) are also located here. With this restorative foot massage you will get the benefits of an entire body massage.

our feet are one of the most under - appreciated parts of our body. Although we spend most of our time on them most people take very little care of them! They for example often get forced into shoes  that aren't good for them or we let them sweat in synthetic fabrics ... and generally in the West people aren't aware of the spiritual significance they hold.

So you are most welcome to indulge in the soothing experience of a restorative foot massage. It will relieve tension and rejuvenate your whole body as our feet are connected to all vital organs and 6 meridians end or start in the feet!

Lower backache, headaches, indigestion and a misaligned spine can all often be traced back to problem's with one's feet. So it definitely promotes relaxation and overall well-being. Treat yourself to this calming escape and feel the stress melt away with each gentle touch. Come and treat yourself so you can experience the benefits of this foot massage!

And to add to the level of relaxation and release of tension there is the great option to combine this foot massage with a 30 minutes Ayurvedic back neck & head massage or with a 30 minutes leg massage. Depending of what your body needs the most :-)
