This combination brings deep relief and relaxes deeply, highly recommandable!
First you lay down on a futon to receive the deep tissue Ashiatsu foot treatment followed by deep relaxation with a full body massage with warm organic sesame oil in which I combine several (mainly) ayurvedic massage (Abhyanga, Marmas, Udvartan, Sattvic (meditative) massage,...) with a very beneficial effect for body, mind and soul. The full body massage is very berneficial to let the deep work on the floor integrate.
Options for combination treatment are :
